Connecting a Delivery Server

SendWing lets you bring your own SMTP provider. This keeps your costs low and gives you full control. We support:

ProviderStarting PriceBest For
Amazon SES$0.10 / 1,000 emailsHigh volume, cost-sensitive
Mailgun$0.80 / 1,000 emailsBalance of price and features
Postmark$1.25 / 1,000 emailsPremium deliverability
SparkPost$0.85 / 1,000 emailsEnterprise volume
Custom SMTPVariesAny SMTP host

Navigate to Settings > Delivery Servers > Add Server. Enter your SMTP host, port, username, and password. Click Send Test Email to verify the connection.

Pro tip: Connect multiple providers and enable rotation. If one has deliverability issues, the others keep your emails flowing.

Domain Authentication

Maximize deliverability by authenticating your sending domain:

SPF

Authorizes your SMTP provider to send on behalf of your domain. Add a TXT record to your DNS.

DKIM

Cryptographic signature verifying email authenticity. Your SMTP provider generates the key.

DMARC

Tells servers how to handle unauthenticated emails. Start with monitoring, then enforce.

SendWing automatically checks your domain records and shows verification status in Settings > Delivery Servers.
